1. After opening the app, click on the menu bar in the top left corner.
2. Click on the Login button.
3. Click on "Forgot Password?" at the bottom.
4. Enter the email or phone number associated with your account that needs a password reset, then click Next.
5. After entering and confirming your new login password, input the verification code sent to your registered email, phone number, or Google Authenticator, then click Confirm to complete the password reset.
Reminder:
1. To ensure the security of user accounts, withdrawals, internal transfers, and OTC transactions will be disabled for 24 hours after a password reset.
2. Miniex staff will never ask you for your account password or other sensitive information. To protect your account assets, please do not disclose your password to strangers to prevent unnecessary asset loss.
