Solution for Huawei/OPPO Users Unable to Open Apps

Dear Mini Users,

If you encounter issues downloading or installing apps on Huawei or OPPO phones, please follow the steps below to resolve the problem.

For Huawei: Disable Pure Mode

  1. Open Settings and tap on System & Updates.
  2. Select Pure Mode.
  3. Tap to disable Pure Mode.

Once disabled, try reinstalling the app.

For OPPO: Disable Pure Mode

  1. Open Settings and go to System & Updates.
  2. Tap on Pure Mode.
  3. Click to exit and disable Pure Mode.

After this, attempt to install the app again.

If Huawei Cannot Complete Real-Name Authentication

Please disable risk control:

  1. Go to Settings > System & Updates > Pure Mode and turn it off (skip if Pure Mode is not available).
  2. On your home screen, open Phone Manager and select Virus Scan.
  3. Navigate to Risk Control Center, click to view, and choose to lift the control.
