This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is jointly signed by the Miniex platform (hereinafter referred to as "this platform" or "we") and you (hereinafter referred to as "user" or "you"). Please read all contents of this Agreement carefully before registering as a user of this platform or using related services.
If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please immediately stop the registration or use of this platform’s services. Once you register, log in, or use the platform services, you indicate that you have fully understood and agreed to all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Account Registration and Management
Users must submit real, complete, and legal identity information when registering an account on this platform and complete the KYC certification process.
Users should properly safeguard their account names, passwords, private keys, and other credentials. Any losses due to improper management by the user shall be borne by the user themselves.
Each user may only register and hold one valid account. Without the platform's written permission, users shall not lend, rent, transfer, or sell their accounts.
2. Service Content
This platform provides services related to digital asset trading. The platform has the right to adjust the types or scope of services at any time based on operational needs. Users should pay attention to platform announcements and be informed of service changes in a timely manner.
3. User Rights and Obligations
Users have the right to use legal services in accordance with this Agreement and platform rules.
Users shall not use this platform to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, gambling, pyramid schemes, fraud, etc.
Users shall comply with platform announcements, trading rules, and relevant national laws and regulations.
4. Platform Rights and Responsibilities
The platform has the right to restrict, freeze, or terminate user account operations based on risk control needs, including but not limited to abnormal transactions, suspected violations, etc.
The platform is obligated to protect users' legitimate assets and data security but is not responsible for losses caused by improper user operations or force majeure events.
The platform will legally protect users' privacy information and will not illegally disclose user data to third parties.
5. Risk Warning
The prices of digital assets and their derivatives are highly volatile and carry high risks. Users should fully assess their own risk tolerance.
When making investments or trades, users should make independent judgments and decisions, bearing all consequences and losses themselves.
The platform is not responsible for any profits or losses from user transactions.
6. Fees
Users must pay corresponding fees according to the published rate standards when trading on the platform.
7. Changes, Termination, and Interpretation of the Agreement
This platform has the right to modify the contents of this Agreement from time to time based on actual circumstances and will notify users through announcements or emails.
If users continue to use the platform services after the Agreement is updated, it is deemed that they accept the modified content.
The final interpretation of this Agreement belongs to Miniex.
