To enhance system performance, improve trading experience, and ensure secure and stable services, MiniEx will perform a comprehensive upgrade and migration of our trading system servers. Please find the details below:
1. Upgrade Schedule / Version
Time: July 28, 2025 (Monday), 01:00 – 05:00 (UTC+8)
Version: V2.0.0
2. Affected Services
The following services will be temporarily suspended during the upgrade:
- Account registration, login, and KYC verification
- Crypto deposits and withdrawals
- Spot and futures trading (order placement, cancellation, execution)
- API services
- Some asset inquiry functions
Please Note:
Your asset security will not be affected, and your balances will be fully migrated to the new system. All historical data will be backed up and retained for one week after the server upgrade.
Before the upgrade begins, please cancel all open orders and close any active positions in advance to avoid potential risks from price fluctuations during the migration.
If positions are not closed in time, the system will automatically close them. Please ensure you manage your risks appropriately after this announcement and before the upgrade begins.

- Network Optimization: Global node acceleration to reduce trading latency
- Security Enhancement: Improved DDoS protection and data encryption for asset safety
- Feature Upgrade: New OTC feature and UI improvements
4. User Notice
- Your assets remain safe; all data will be fully migrated to the new system.
- Services will resume automatically after the upgrade—no action required from users.
- In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you via app push, official website, and community channels.
